Key competencies we look for in candidates include:

.   Minimum seven years of progressively senior experience in the air transportation sector and/or broader travel industry.
.   Proven track record in multiple AirTrav practice areas.
.   Extensive experience excelling in customer facing roles.
.   Exceptionally strong analytical and communication skills
.   Proficient at fulfilling multiple roles, such as the ability to strategically think and operate hands-on simultaneously.
.   High degree of integrity, passion and professionalism
.   Capability to work independently, quickly and concisely.
.   Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
.   Undergraduate university degree required; M.B.A. an asset.
.   Multiple language skills and prior consulting experience preferred.
