AFRICA / MIDEAST
Libya (2) – Financial due diligence, fleet evaluation, airport planning, finance dep't reviews, and assessment of cooperation up to and including a full merger of two state owned airlines.
Namibia (2) – Financial due diligence and business plan modelling for the national airline. // Airline funding formula mechanisms for the government, including Cabinet and the President.
North Africa – Feasibility study for an airline looking to add an additional gateway to the United States, with key activities that included traffic forecasting, route costing and market planning.

United Arab Emirates – Assistance in the launch of an aviation fuel storage and supply project at the Al Maktoum International Airport megaproject for a Dubai World Central subsidiary.

United States (7) – Advised U.S. private equity firms on airport rents charged by Transport Canada, the Jazz Air CPA with Air Canada, long-haul premium airlines, and on a frequent flyer program. // Provided cost, staff and aircraft lease benchmarking to the UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations. // Provided analytical support to a Florida private equity turn-around firm on maritime shipping, roadhaul and retail gasoline operations at convenience stores.
ASIA-PACIFIC
Australia (2) – Tactical and strategic fuel procurement support, including RFP and onsite negotiation assistance, provided to the low cost and long-haul divisions of a large airline group.
Bangladesh – Financial due diligence, fuel procurement, pricing and revenue management and a distribution analysis for a growing airline: identification of revenue and cost opportunities.
Malaysia – Review of an airline's fuel price risk management (hedging) program for the CFO and Board, providing benchmark and best practices guidance, tactical and strategic guidance.
China-PRC (2) – Cofounded firm that developed programs to educate Canadian executives in how to do business in and with China. / Extensive travel conducting several business tours.
EUROPE
Bulgaria – Commercial airline assessment covering distribution, e-Commerce, route profitability, pricing & revenue management, airport operational needs, and organizational restructuring.
Finland (3) – Market plans/forecasts, route/fleet evaluations and regulatory help for a major Nordic carrier. // Aviation export study for the US Department of Commerce, Helsinki Embassy.
Hungary – Crisis intervention, financial due diligence, cash flow analysis, yield management analysis and a product distribution gap analysis for a Russian bank and their airline holding.
